I was informed when I made the appointment it would take 4 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours. When I left the vehicle I requested they fix my rear vision system as it is not working. When I picked up my vehicle I was informed I would have to make another appointment for the rear vision system as they found it was somewhere between the front and rear, possible a short in a wire. I was in the waiting room and they could have informed me of their findings on the rear vision system and how long it might take to repair it. Now I have to schedule another appointment and do not even know how long it may take. I takes me between 45 and 60 minutes to get to the dealership , that is why I normally wait their for my service.
